Peuli leads assay development, designing biomolecule conjugates that directly impact accuracy and analytical sensitivity of the Kompass platform. Peuli specializes in assay development, nanosensor design, and surface chemistry for diagnostic applications. Before joining Kompass, she led the evaluation and integration of laboratory instruments in clinical settings at Johnson & Johnson. As a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toledo, she developed polymer- and fluorescence-based nanosensors for imaging and diagnostics. As a postdoctoral fellow at Indian Institute of Technology, she developed microfluidic devices to advance tumor research. She has published nearly 40 peer-reviewed publications, with over 790 citations and an h-index of 12. She holds a BS and MS in microbiology and a PhD in Chemical Sciences from CSIR-Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute.
